Miss Belterra holds 3000 people. With the recent change in Indiana law, open boarding has become the policy; there is no admission charge to the casino. There are over 1400 slot machines on board, and 47 gaming tables that offer Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Let it Ride, Caribbean Stud, Boston 5, 21 + 3, and 3 Card Poker. Slots range from nickel to $100 machines. Two separate high limit areas have been added. The players' club is called "Champions Club".
Belterra's luxury Pavilion houses one bar and four restaurants: the Fireside Steak House, Belterra Buffet, Rockwell Coffee House & Cafe, the Aquarium. The Deli is located on board the casino. A fifteen storey on-site hotel has 308 guest rooms, spa facilities, and a hair dressing salon. The resort includes an 18 hole golf course and adjacent restaurant.
